Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Donezo mobile application (the "Service") operated by Ben Wood ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Account Registration and Authentication
2.1 Account Creation Methods
You can create an account using any of the following methods:
- Email and password registration
- Sign in with Apple
- Google Sign-In
2.2 Account Requirements
When you create an account with us, regardless of the authentication method chosen:
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
- You may not share your account credentials with any third party
2.3 Third-Party Authentication
When using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In:
- Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies
- We receive and store basic profile information as provided by these services
- You may manage these connections through your Apple ID or Google Account settings
2.4 Account Termination
Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of your account. We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our terms
- Remove or edit content
- Deny access to the Service
3. Subscription Service
3.1 Free Tier
- Access to create up to two (2) habits
- Basic tracking functionality
- Standard features
3.2 Premium Features
- Subscription-based access to premium features including:
- Unlimited habit creation
- AI Habit Assistant
- Advanced Statistics
- Custom habit creation
- Monthly subscription: $4.99 USD per month
- Annual subscription: $24.99 USD per year
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription
3.3 Billing
- All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
4. User Content
You are responsible for the content you create using our Service, including habits, descriptions, and any other information you input.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ben Wood and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ben Wood, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
